If you need to edit a driver, delete a driver, suspend their charging ability or add an RFID card for a driver

  1. Log into the account the driver is invited to and select the USER tab.

    1. When you locate the driver that needs edited click on the three dots at the far right

      1. The edit panel will drop down for the edit selections.

Edit driver

  1. Allows you to change the name

  2. Assign the driver to a charger (owner), securing the charger to just that driver.

  3. Assign the driver to a group that is on a different rate plan.

Assets:

  • RFIDs - Add RFIDs to be used to initiate charging (a user can have more than 1 RFID defined) [More info].

  • Vehicles - Assigned a vehicle, including a license plate and an auto-charger identifier [More info].

Billing:

  • Card details - Shows the credit card’s last 4 digits only for the cardholder's security. You can also replace the existing CC by clicking the “Replace Card” button.

  • Charge balance - This can be used to perform ad-hoc billing of the current balance for a specific driver. A statement will be created accordingly and sent to the driver’s email [More info].

  • Show statement - You can see previous statements from previous months [More info].

Resend mail

Appears for invited users who haven't signed up. It re-sends the invitation email.

Reset password

The system will generate a temporary password (valid for 30 days) for the driver [More info].

Prioritize/Unprioritize

Set priority drivers that will be allowed to direct grid energy charging when solar charging is enabled and solar power is unavailable [More info].

Move account

Move a user to another account within the same operator. If the user is assigned a private charger, it must be unassigned before moving the user.

Block use

This will block the driver’s private charger and prevent charging on shared chargers, using their RFIDs or via the app [More info].
