Add RFID tags without entering codes

Drivers who use shared chargers can pair their RFID tag by using the app and scanning the tag on a nearby charger. The tag is then saved automatically to their RFID list for future use. This method allows drivers to add access cards or employee badges without needing to enter the tag number manually.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the app → SettingsRFID tags.

  2. Tap + and enter a short description.

  3. Tap Scan tag on nearby charger.

  4. Choose a charger from the list (within 100 meters).

  5. Scan your tag on the reader within 60 seconds.

  6. A confirmation will show once the tag is added to your list and synced to your profile.

Behavior for private charger users

Drivers with an assigned private charger will always be prompted to scan on their assigned charger — no charger selection required.

Benefits for drivers

  • Makes it easy to assign RFID tags without knowing the printed ID.

  • Supports using access cards already available to employees.

  • The tag is saved to the driver's RFID list and can be managed from the app or the back office.
