How to scan and register an RFID tag
Drivers with a private charger can scan their RFID tag using the charger’s built-in reader. This adds the tag to their RFID list in the app and syncs it automatically to the back office under their user profile.
Step-by-step instructions
Go to Settings → RFID tags in the app.
Tap + to add a new tag and enter a short description.
Tap Scan tag on your charger.
Tap your RFID card to the charger’s reader within 60 seconds.
On success, the tag will appear in your app and the back office (under Users → 3-dot menu → RFID).
In-app feedback
Successful Scan: You’ll see a confirmation and return to the RFID list.
Timeout or Scan Failure: You’ll be prompted to retry or enter the tag ID manually.
Tag Already in Use: You’ll get an alert and can try another tag or contact support.
Requirements
This feature is only available for drivers using private chargers.
