How to block or delete a user?

Please note that to block or delete a user. It is necessary to have an "Administrator" permission level.

To delete any user, please follow these instructions:

  1. Choose the desired account.

  2. Navigate to the "Users" section.

  3. Ensure that the "Role" column is filtered as needed (by default, it will show only drivers in the account).

  4. Once you have the user you wish to delete, click on the 3 dots ("...") section on the far right of the name.

  5. Select one of the following:

    1. "Delete user" - To prevent human error, a warning message will appear when a back-office user attempts to delete a driver with an outstanding balance.

    2. "Block user" - upon selection:

      1. On the back office - The driver information will be colored red for a quick visual glimpse.

      2. On the app - the following pop-up will be display and cannot be dismiss until the driver will be unblocked on the back office:

How Can I View Blocked Users?

Filter all blocked users by following the next steps:

  1. Navigate to the Users tab.

  2. Click on the Select columns button and enable the display of the Blocked column. The blocked users will be marked with red dot:

  3. Click on the column's filter and select True.

How to Unblock a User?

To unblock a user, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Users tab.

  2. Locate the blocked user by either:

    • Filtering the user's name or email.

    • Enabling the Blocked column and using the filter as described above.

  3. Click on the 3-dots menu and select Unblock.

  4. The user will be unblocked, and the driver can use the app without any limitations.
