If the session not starting with the RFID card, try checking your account to verify the RFID card has been added to the account by following the next steps:
Go to settings
In your preferences, you will see the RFID tab.
This tab is where you can add an RFID to your account.
Check and verify that the RFID number entered is what is showing on your card.
