Check the settings on the EV. The settings may have a charging time in place, not allowing a session outside scheduled times.
Did the session suspend due to peak time charging?
Please check your app and see if it is displaying the Boost now
If this boost charging is displaying, you may click this to resume charging at the boosted rate.
Check the J handle connection, as it may not be locked in all the way.
