The charging might be slow due to several reasons:
The charging session may be slow due to load sharing. Load sharing is when the site “splits” or “shares” the power to multiple chargers to limit the stress on the power grid.
If multiple charging sessions occur and the units are "sharing" the power, you may hit the *boost now to get priority charging.
Check the settings in the EV to verify the ability to allow maximum Amp charging.
