The charging might stop before the car's battery is full for several reasons.
To resolve that, please try the following steps:
Check the settings on the EV for charging time limits and see if a limit is set.
The station may be set for smart charging and pause the session during peak charging rates.
Check your phone app and see if “Waiting for Energy” shows.
A timer advises when the peak time ends, and the session will continue.
You can continue charging at a higher rate by clicking the “Switch to Boost Charging”
