If your charger is not charging, the solution depends on whether the charger is a public charger or a private charger.

If your charger is not charging, you will need to check if the charger is connected.

In order to do that, you will need to open the app. If it says "charger is offline" please go <a href="https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/gsl418a6/articles/articles/7244374/show">here</a> to resolve the issue.
