Preparing to charge

The 'Preparing to charge' message is temporary and shows while your car and charger get ready to connect. If this message persists, unplug your car and try again.

No car connected - plug in to start charging

The 'No car connected' message is displayed when no vehicle is connected to the charger. If the message is displayed when a vehicle is connected, check if:

  • You're using the correct charger

  • Connectors are fully plugged in

  • The charger or vehicle isn't faulty

Charger is offline

The 'Charger is offline' message displays when the charger is offline. This can be due to communication or power issues with the charger. If other chargers exist nearby, please try to use them by scanning their QR code.

Charger is faulted

The 'Charger is faulted' message is displayed when the charger is faulted or is under maintenance. If other chargers exist nearby, please try to use them by scanning their QR code. Alternatively, contact customer support to report the issue.

Charger is busy

The 'Charger is busy' message is displayed when another driver uses the charger. If other chargers exist nearby, please try to use them by scanning their QR code.

Public charging

When charging starts, the 'Public charging' screen displays the charging cost, speed, and total energy dispensed. The 'Stop charging' button can be used to stop the session at any time.

Charging completed

The 'Charging completed' screen displays when the vehicle reports its battery is full. Some chargers (mainly DC) require you to stop the charging session before you can remove the cable from the car. If that is the case, use the 'Stop charging' button.

Status Unavailable

The 'Status unavailable' message is displayed when the charger fails to provide a valid status. If other chargers exist nearby, please try to use them by scanning their QR code. Alternatively, contact customer support to report the issue.

Manually stopped

The 'Manually stopped' screen displays when the charging session is manually stopped. It is now safe to unplug your car. If needed, press the 'Restart charging' button for a new session.

Charger does not exist

The 'Charger does not exist' message is displayed when the scanned code does not exist in our system. This can indicate a newly commissioned charger that has not yet been set in our system or an error with the QR code sticker. If other chargers exist nearby, please try to use them by scanning their QR code. Alternatively, contact customer support to report the issue.

Oops, page not found

The 'Oops, page not found' message is an internal error. Please try to scan again. If the issue persists and other chargers exist nearby, please try to use them by scanning their QR code.
Alternatively, contact customer support to report the issue.
