In order to restart your charger, you will need to do the following:
Find the electrical panel that feeds the charger
Find the breaker for the charger
Switch it to “off” (opposite direction from the other breakers, usually down)
Wait 15-20 seconds
Switch it to “on”
Wait 1-2 minutes, and check if charger functionality is restored
If you are having issues finding the breaker, or the restart did not resolve the issue, please open a new ticket and describe your issue.
