About Priority User Status

Priority user status enables specific drivers to override charging session limits, including solar charging restrictions and duration-based or energy consumption limits. This feature ensures essential users maintain unrestricted access to charging facilities.

Managing Priority Users

To set a user as a priority driver:

  • Navigate to the "User" tab in the back office

  • Locate the desired user in the list

  • Click the three-dot menu next to the user's name

  • Select "Prioritize" from the menu options

To remove priority status from a user:

  • Access the three-dot menu for the prioritized user

  • Select "Unprioritize" from the menu options

Viewing Priority Users

To view all priority users in your system:

  • Go to the "User" tab

  • Click the column selection menu

  • Enable the "Priority" column

  • The system will display priority status for all users

This priority status allows designated users to bypass charging restrictions while maintaining standard limits for general users.
