About Priority User Status
Priority user status enables specific drivers to override charging session limits, including solar charging restrictions and duration-based or energy consumption limits. This feature ensures essential users maintain unrestricted access to charging facilities.
Managing Priority Users
To set a user as a priority driver:
Navigate to the "User" tab in the back office
Locate the desired user in the list
Click the three-dot menu next to the user's name
Select "Prioritize" from the menu options
To remove priority status from a user:
Access the three-dot menu for the prioritized user
Select "Unprioritize" from the menu options
Viewing Priority Users
To view all priority users in your system:
Go to the "User" tab
Click the column selection menu
Enable the "Priority" column
The system will display priority status for all users
This priority status allows designated users to bypass charging restrictions while maintaining standard limits for general users.
