The re-billing option is available for:

  • Accounts set to "Per transaction" under the Member billing settings

  • Scan to Charge transactions

This feature streamlines the process of addressing billing issues, allowing operators to quickly resolve payment problems and maintain a positive driver experience.

Steps to Re-bill a Failed Transaction

To re-bill a failed transaction, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Statements tab in the operator dashboard.

  2. Use the Status filter to select "Billing failure" to locate the failed transaction.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the transaction.

  4. Select the "Re-bill" option from the menu.
