How can I add more information to the Charger's tab?

To add more information to the Chargers tab, navigate to the tab and click on the "Select columns" button on the far right.

Now, turn on/off the desired columns.

Charger tabs columns overview

On this tab, the user can see the details of each charger in their site/account:

  • Charger ID - The charger’s ID as defined in the OCPP communications (typically, this is the serial number of the charger)

  • Alias - Optional friendly name that is given to a charger (e.g ‘South Park 12’). If added, this alias will be used to select the charger.

  • QA alias* - a unique QA code to be assigned to the charger

  • Connector- the connector number and type, mostly applicable for multi-socket units (by default, it’s 1 socket). This column is hidden by default if all sockets are of the same connector type. Otherwise, it will be displayed.

  • Security* (Shield icon) - shows the charger OCPP security level:

    • No security level

    • OCCP Secure L1

    • OCCP Secure L2

    • OCCP Secure L2+

    • OCCP Secure L3

  • Account* - The account to which this charger is assigned.

  • Scope - the charger scope. It can be one of:

    • Unsecured

    • Private secured

    • Shared with groups

    • Shared with account

    • Public

  • Status - The current status of the charger. Please refer to this article for a list of available statuses

  • Changed - The time when the charger entered the current status.

  • Fault code* - the charger fault code in case of malfunctioning.

  • Site* - The site to which this charger is assigned.

  • Location* - The county where the charger is located.

  • Panel* - The electrical panel to which this charger is connected.

  • Parking* - Charger’s parking space number (optional).

  • Owner - The user assigned to use the charger (for private units).

  • Installed* - the date the charger was added to the site.

  • Overrides* - Indicates any charger overrides (Rates or Delay or both) to site settings.

  • Vendor - The charger manufacturer.

  • Model - The model of the charger.

  • Firmware* - The charger firmware version.

  • ICCID* - SIM card ID, not always available

  • Signa* - the signal strength of the cellular/Wi-Fi network (not always available)

  • Online* - The percentage of time the charger was online (not offline) calculated by the Time not offline or undefined / 24 hours

  • Reliability* - The percentage of time the charger was not in the ‘fault’ status.

  • Disconnections* - The number of times the charger was disconnected from the back office in the 24-hour period. A high value may indicate a communications or firmware issue.

  • Configured - Indicates that the Wevo system has configured the charger successfully. A red x indicates failure in charger initialization.
