What are the charger stats
the charger stats are three data points: “Online,” “Reliability,” and “Disconnections”.
These reflect the charger's reliability on the last calendar day (“Yesterday”) and are updated daily in the midnight charger's local timezone.
How we calculate the chargers' stats
For each charger, we analyze data daily, based on the local timezone of the charger, using the following methodologies:
% Online - The percentage of time the charger was online (not offline).
Charger online % = Time not offline or undefined24 hours% Reliability - The percentage of time the charger was not in the ‘fault’ status.
# Disconnections - The number of times the charger was disconnected from the back office in the 24-hour period. A high value may indicate a communications or firmware issue.
How can I access the charger's stats?
You can easily access the charger's start by navigating to the tab and clicking the "Select columns" button on the far right.
Now, turn on the “Online,” “Reliability,” and “Disconnections” columns:
