Alias - Optional friendly name that is given to a charger that will be displayed on the mobile app for shared chargers (e.g ‘South Park 12’). The Alias can only be added to secured shared and public chargers.
How to assign a charger an Alias
To give a charger an Alias, please follow the next steps:
Locate the charger you wish to give an Alias name to.
Click on the "..." section on the far right of the charger
Select Edit
Select one of the shared charger scopes (Shared with account / shared with groups / Public) and click Apply.
The "Alias" field will appear. Click on "Enter" to type the alias of your choosing.
Any name or identifier you enter as an Alias will appear on the map and the app.
