To start a charging session, please follow the following steps based on the type of charger.
Charging session with an unsecured charger
To start a charging session with an unsecured charger, plug into the EV, and the session will start charging.
Charging session with Secured Charger
To start a charging session using a secured charger, the authorized driver needs to follow the next steps:
Plug into the EV
Start the transaction using the app or with an RFID card
Charging session with Public Charger
A charging session using a public charger by an authorized driver
uses the app to start the transaction by plugging into the EV, selecting which charger to use on the map, and starting the transaction.
A charging session using a public charger by guest drivers
Guest drivers must scan the station's QR code and follow the steps. Once their information is entered, the charging session will start.
