Adding a driver in the Back Office platform involves the following steps:
Access the Admin dashboard.
Choose the account location you wish to add the driver
Navigate to the "Users" tab.
Click on "+" on the far right of the screen
Provide the necessary details
Name
Email
Phone number (optional).
Role - driver
Charger (optional) - assign private or shared charger
Groups (optional) - assign the driver to a group.
ID Number (optional): The driver’s identification number.
External ID (optional): The driver’s identification number on an external platform, such as a CPO’s CRM.
