How to add a driver in the Back Office platform?

Adding a driver in the Back Office platform involves the following steps:

  1. Access the Admin dashboard.

  2. Choose the account location you wish to add the driver

  3. Navigate to the "Users" tab.

  4. Click on "+" on the far right of the screen

  5. Provide the necessary details

    1. Name

    2. Email

    3. Phone number (optional).

    4. Role - driver

    5. Charger (optional) - assign private or shared charger

    6. Groups (optional) - assign the driver to a group.

    7. ID Number (optional): The driver’s identification number.

      External ID (optional): The driver’s identification number on an external platform, such as a CPO’s CRM.
