How Drivers Can Get Started
Drivers can begin using the mobile app in one of two ways:
Admin invitation: The operator or account admin creates the driver account. The driver receives an email with a temporary password. At first login with email, the driver enters their email and the temporary password, then sets a permanent one.
Self sign-up (if allowed): Drivers create their own account directly from the app. Operators may allow all drivers to sign up or restrict access to specific accounts using links.
Self Sign-Up Process
Self sign-up is available if the operator enables it for their network.
Steps:
Download the app and tap Sign up on the main screen.
Choose a registration method:
Provide credit card information if required by the account’s billing policy.
Login Options
The app supports different login methods:
Email and password:
Invited drivers log in with the temporary password and set a permanent one.
Self-signed drivers use the password they created.
Google: Login is available on all platforms if permitted.
Apple: Login is available on iOS if permitted.
Signing Up For A Specific Account
Drivers can also join a specific account using an invitation link provided by the operator or admin.
How it works:
Open the invitation link, enter your name and email, and receive an email with instructions to complete sign-up.
The driver profile is automatically created and connected to the correct account.
Operators can disable an invitation link at any time.
FAQs
Do I always need to add payment details when signing up?
Only if the operator’s billing policy requires it.
What if I signed up to the wrong account?
Drivers who self-sign up may be placed in a default account. Contact the operator if your account assignment needs to be updated.
Can self sign-up be disabled?
Yes. Operators decide whether drivers can self-sign up or must wait for an admin invitation.
