If you can’t find a way to create an account in the app
Some drivers reach out asking:
“How do I sign up?”
“There’s no link to register.”
“I need to make an account.”
If you downloaded the app and don’t see a Sign Up option, the charging site you want to use does not allow self registration. Accounts at these sites are created by the site operator or site manager, for example your employer, your building management, or the charging network that runs the site.
What to do
Contact the site operator or site manager and ask them to add you as a driver. They will need your name, email address and mobile phone number.
Once they have added you, you will receive an email with your login details.
Not sure who runs the site? Send us the charger ID printed on the label on the front of the charger and we will tell you who to contact.
Only need to charge once?
If the charger has a QR code sticker and the operator allows guest charging, you can scan it and pay by card without creating an account.
