If you can’t find a way to create an account in the app
Some drivers reach out asking:
“How do I sign up?”
“There’s no link to register.”
“I need to make an account.”
If you downloaded the app and don’t see a Sign-Up button, don’t worry — this means your app is part of a private network that doesn’t allow self-registration. You’ll need our support team to help create your account.
To speed things up, please send us the following details so we can register you manually:
Full name
Email address
Mobile phone number
Home address (street, city, and zip/postal code)
Once we receive this information, our support team will create your account and send you login instructions.
Additionally, you can press 'Talk to a person' below to ensure a human agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
In case your app does support self-sign-up
In some app versions, the Sign-Up button appears on the login screen. If you do see it, tap Sign Up and follow these steps:
Enter your full name and email address.
You’ll receive a temporary password by email.
Use it to log in and set your new password.
Add your credit card details (if required).
