Self-onboarding for new users

Self-sign-up allows the driver to download the app and add all the information needed for public charging.

  1. Users download the app from the App Store and click ‘Sign up’.

  2. Fill in the email and full name.

  3. Get a temporary password via email and use that to set the permanent password.

  4. Provide credit card information.

Self-signed users will be created in a special default account in the back office. An indication will appear in the “Public charging” settings:

Administrators can then transfer them to a different account as needed.

Our customer service team can enable self-sign-on upon request.

The Self Sign-Up Process on the App

  1. Users download the app from the App Store and tap Sign up on the main screen.

  2. Then either:

    • Quick registration - tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. Sign-up with Google or Apple is available only if self-registration is allowed for the account. Apple is available on iOS. Google is available on all platforms.

    • Continue with email - tap Continue with email → ‘Don’t have an account? Sign up button → enter email and full name. The driver receives a temporary password by email and uses it to set a permanent password.

  3. Provide credit card information if required by the account’s billing policy.
