Self-onboarding for new users
Self-sign-up allows the driver to download the app and add all the information needed for public charging.
Users download the app from the App Store and click ‘Sign up’.
Fill in the email and full name.
Get a temporary password via email and use that to set the permanent password.
Provide credit card information.
Self-signed users will be created in a special default account in the back office. An indication will appear in the “Public charging” settings:
Administrators can then transfer them to a different account as needed.
Our customer service team can enable self-sign-on upon request.
