New drivers can self-sign up to a specific account using account-specific URLs. This process eliminates the need for manually assigning self-signed drivers to their accounts, significantly improving the efficiency of adding new drivers and contributing to smoother business operations for Charge Point Operators (CPOs).

Watch this video for a detailed walkthrough:

How to Generate an Invitation Link for a Specific Account

Operators can generate an invitation link directly from the Account Settings. To do this, enable the “Invitation Link” option, copy it, and share it with new drivers.

How Self-Sign Up for a Specific Account Works:

  1. Invitation Received: The driver receives the link and enters their name and email address. They will instantly receive an invitation email to download the app and complete their signup.

  2. Automatic Profile Creation: The driver's user profile is automatically created in the Back Office, reducing the need for manual data entry and speeding up the onboarding process.

  3. Optional Control: If needed, the invitation link option can be disabled, allowing full control over who can be automatically created on the account.
