When a credit card is invalid, payment fails, or payment is delinquent.
Delinquent - Monthly payment - When a user is delinquent in making their monthly payment, their balance will show in red. The Admin of the account can block the driver from using the charger.
Access the Admin dashboard.
Navigate to the "Users" section.
Find the user you need to block from the list.
Click on the 3-dots button on the far right of the user's row.
Look for the "Block" option and confirm the action.
Invalid payment method - App is blocked until a valid payment method is entered. The driver is unable to start a charging session.
