View, edit, block and delete a charger

After adding a charger, you can view, edit, block, and delete it.

In this article, you will learn how it can be done.

View a charger

Select the account associated with the charger.

Under the Chargers tab, you will be able to view all the chargers associated with this account. If you wish to view just a specific charger you may filter in any of the columns according to the information of the charger (chargerID, Owner, Status etc.)

Edit charger information and setting

To edit the charger's information, click on the 3 dots ("...") on the far right of the desired charger and then click on the "Edit" option.

Block charger action

To block a charger, click the three-dot menu next to the charger and select "Block charger". This will change the charger's status to "Unavailable". To unlock it, click the three-dot menu again and select "Unblock".

Delete a charger

In order to delete a charger, you have to first turn it off, disable the network or remove the OCPP configurations. Then, find the charger you want to delete and click on the three dots ("...") on the far right. Choose the "Delete charger" option and confirm the action. Once you do this, the charger will be removed from the system.

Warning: once this is done, the only way to get the charger back on the system is to re-enter all the information.
