The admins' roles
There are 2 types of admin roles you may add:
Operator admin
Account admin
You can add an Operator/Viewer admin user across accounts or per account.
Please note that to add an Operator/Viewer admin, it is necessary to have an "Administrator" permission level.
Adding Operator/Viewer admin user - across accounts
To add an Operator admin or a viewer admin user to all accounts, please follow the next steps:
Choose "All accounts" (instead of choosing a specific account)
Navigate to the "Users" tab
Click on "+." on the far right of the screen
Provide the necessary details like name, email, and Role.
The role has 2 selections:
Operator Admin- Can view and edit all the different accounts
Operator Agent- can view all elements and perform basic operations on the charge points to provide support.
Operator Viewer- Can only view all the different accounts.
Adding Account admin/viewer to an account
To add an Operator admin or a viewer admin user to a specific account, please follow the next steps:
Choose the desired account
Navigate to the "Users" section.
Click on "+." on the far right of the screen
Provide the necessary details like name, email, and Role.
3 roles can be assigned.
Account Admin- Can view and edit that account
Account Viewer- Can view only this account
