The admins' roles
There are 2 types of admin roles you may add:
Operator admin
Account admin
Multi-account admins
You can add an Operator/Viewer admin user across accounts or per account.
Please note that to add an Operator/Viewer admin, it is necessary to have an "admin" permission level.
Adding Operator/Viewer admin user - across accounts
To add an Operator admin or a viewer admin user to all accounts, please follow the next steps:
Choose "All accounts" (instead of choosing a specific account)
Navigate to the "Users" tab
Click on "+." on the far right of the screen
Provide the necessary details like name, email, and Role.
The role has 2 selections:
Operator admin- Can view and edit all the different accounts
Operator agent- can view all elements and perform basic operations on the charge points to provide support.
Operator viewer- Can only view all the different accounts.
Multi account roles - while the roles above are limited to the selected account, this option is particularly useful for property managers and others needing to manage multiple accounts while minimizing privacy concerns.
To grant access to multi-account roles, a user must be in an operator-level role.

Adding Account admin/viewer to an account
To add an Operator admin or a viewer admin user to a specific account, please follow the next steps:
Choose the desired account
Navigate to the "Users" section.
Click on "+." on the far right of the screen
Provide the necessary details like name, email, and Role.
3 roles can be assigned.
