Recover from payment failures without support
Previously, failed payments blocked access and required operator intervention. Now drivers can fix the issue directly.
Customers with unpaid invoices are automatically blocked from accessing their assigned charging stations until the outstanding balance is settled.
How it works
A Payment issue pop-up will prompt drivers to resolve the problem.
Tap Open payment settings to go to the Payments screen.
From there, drivers can:
Update credit card via a secure form.
Tap Pay balance to retry the transaction.
A confirmation appears, and charging access is instantly restored.
Note: After payment, there may be a short delay before the system updates to reflect the restored access.
After settling an outstanding balance or updating payment details, customers may notice a short delay before their account status is updated in the system. During this time, the interface may still display a red status, indicating a block, even though access has been restored.
FAQ
What happens after I pay the balance? Charging is re-enabled immediately. However, the system may take a few minutes to update and reflect the restored access in the interface.
Can I skip the pop-up?
Yes, but access remains blocked until payment is resolved.
What should I do if the system still shows a block after payment? Wait a few minutes for the system to refresh. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.
