Creating a Custom Electric Tariff
You can add custom electric tariffs through the enhanced "Tariff" settings.
Follow these steps to create a custom tariff:
Navigate to the "Tariff" settings tab within the operator settings.
Click on “+Tariff”.
Fill in the Tariff Information:
Type: Choose between Fixed or Time of Use.
VAT Percentage: Set the applicable VAT percentage.
Cost: Set the fixed cost or time of use by specifying seasons, weekends, and cost per hour of the day.
Note: For applicable countries, some tariffs are set at a "Country" level and cannot be edited.
Setting the Electricity Tariff on a Site
Follow these steps to set the electricity tariff for a site:
Navigate to the Energy tab where the site is located.
Click on the site's 3-dots menu or add a site.
In the General settings section, click on "Electricity tariff."
Select the desired tariff from the top-left dropdown menu that contains a list of tariffs set in the "Tariff" settings.
Click "Apply" to set the tariff.
Click "Add" or "Update" in the Add/Edit site main settings screen.
