How to assign drivers to accounts when they self-register?

When drivers sign up via a white-label app, Wevo can assign them to an account automatically based on their email domain. For example, if you’ve linked @acme.com to the Acme Fleet account, any driver registering with an @acme.com email will be added directly to that account.

This reduces manual work and ensures secure, accurate account association for fleets and workplaces.

Requirements and behavior:

  • Works with white-label apps that have self-sign-up enabled.

  • Each domain can only be associated with one account.

  • Drivers using unlisted domains are still assigned to the default account.

How to set up the “Associated Email Domains”?

To automatically assign self-registering drivers to an account based on their email domain, follow these steps in the back office:

  1. Go to Account Settings for the account you want to configure.

  2. In the Associated Email Domains field, enter the domain you want to link to this account.

    • For example, to assign drivers with emails like driver@acme.com, simply enter acme.com.

    • After typing each domain, press Enter to add it.

  3. When you're finished, click Apply in the bottom-right corner of the screen to save your changes.

Drivers who register with a matching domain will now be automatically assigned to this account. All others will continue to be routed to the default account.
