Can a back-office user be set as a driver in the back office?
A back-office user (an admin, agent, or viewer) must use a different email address to be set as a driver in the back office.
How to add a back-office user as a driver using "Plus addressing" (recommended for Gmail-based providers)
A simple way to add a back-office user as a driver is to add a plus sign to your email before the "@" and then a character.
For example, If you use email@yourcompany.com as the back office email address, you can use email+1@yourcompany.com as your email address to register as a driver. That will ensure that you will receive all email notifications to your own email (following the example, it will be sent to - email@yourcompany.com).
Please note that the "Plus addressing" email (email+1@yourcompany.com) will be used to log in to your driver account on the app.
While all providers besides Gmail don't officially support this solution, it often works with other major providers like Outlook and Yahoo Mail.
