What is the rate plan feature?

In the Wevo back office platform, you have the ability to create cross-account global rate plans and assign them to multiple locations in all accounts. With this flexible structure, assigning rates per location is now a breeze, saving you valuable time.

How to create and assign a rate plan to a location?

  1. First, click on the Setting icon in the top right corner.

  2. Choose “Rate plans” from the side menu and then click on the “+Rate plan” button to add a new plan.

  3. Fill in the details of your new rate plan.

  4. Next, go to the “Energy” tab and add a location by clicking on the plus ("+") icon in the action bar

    Or edit a location by clicking the 3 dots (“...”) on the far right.

  5. Click on the "Member rate" to select the new rate plan or view the selected plan information.

  6. Click on “Select” to choose the rate plan from the list you created in the “Rate plans” settings.

  7. After choosing the rate plan, you will see the details of the chosen plan so that you can make sure that this is the right plan. Then click on the "Submit" button to save your plan.

  8. You are now back to the Edit/Add a site screen, fill in the required information, and click on Add/Update.
