Please note that to add a charge, it is necessary to have an "Administrator" permission level.
Choose the account you wish to edit the rates.
Click on the settings cog icon.
3. Click on Rates plans to the left of the screen.
4. All created rate plans for the account will appear. Select the plan you wish to edit or delete by clicking on the three "..." at the far right of the screen. Edit will open up a new tab where you can adjust the pricing.
Warning - Delete will remove the plan entirely from the account.
5. Adjust the price. Note that you can add any number of transaction fees that will allow you to charge for:
Boost fee (applies for "Cost plus", Cost plus %" rate types).
Connection fee
Idle fee
6. Click Apply, and the price will be adjusted on all accounts.
