Restarting your mobile app is typically not needed unless the mobile app is stuck or not responding. Restarting the app will not change the charging status. App restart should only be used as a last resort if you believe the app is frozen or stuck.
To restart Wevo's Android mobile app
Open the “Settings” app on your Android device.
Tap “Apps” or “Application Manager.”
Find the our app and tap it.
Tap “Force Stop.”
Tap “Force Stop” again to confirm.
To restart Wevo's iOS mobile app
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen and pause in the middle of the screen until you see all of your open apps.
Swipe left or right to find our app.
Swipe up on the app’s preview to close it.
Find the app on your home screen and tap it to restart it.
