Understand why a charge failed
The billing platform provides a specific reason code for each failed charge, indicating why it failed, which can be viewed in the Back Office.
How to enable it
Go to the Driver Statements tab in the back office.
Click Select columns (top right).
Enable Failure reason.
Example messages include “card_declined” and “amount must be at least $0.50.”

Are these reasons shown to drivers?
No. This column is visible only to operators in the back office.
Can I retry the payment?
