How to resolve a failed payment
When a payment fails, drivers can update their card and retry the payment directly from the app. This allows them to continue charging without delays or support intervention.
Steps to resolve a payment issue
Open the app.
If the Payment issue banner appears, tap it. If not, go to Settings β Payments.
Update your credit card details.
After saving the new card, tap Retry payment to complete the transaction.
