How to assign an RFID tag

Drivers can pair their RFID tag by using the app and scanning the tag on a nearby charger. The tag is then saved automatically to their RFID list for future use. This method allows drivers to add access cards or employee badges without needing to enter the tag number manually.

Steps to assign an RFID tag

  • Open the app and go to Settings → RFID tags.

  • Tap + Add RFID tag.

  • Enter a short description for the tag.

  • Select Scan tag on nearby charger.

  • Choose a charger from the list of sockets within 100 meters.

  • When prompted, scan the RFID tag on the charger's reader within 60 seconds.

  • After the scan, confirm that the tag appears in the RFID list.

Benefits for drivers

  • Makes it easy to assign RFID tags without knowing the printed ID.

  • Supports using access cards already available to employees.

  • The tag is saved to the driver's RFID list and can be managed from the app or the back office.

Note:
Drivers who have a private charger will always be guided to scan the tag on their own charger, without selecting from a list.
