Adding an RFID tag using your charger’s reader

Drivers with a private charger can scan their RFID tag using the charger’s built-in reader. This adds the tag to their RFID list in the app and syncs it automatically to the back office under their user profile.

Steps to add an RFID tag

  • Open the app and go to Settings → RFID tags.

  • Tap + Add RFID tag.

  • Enter a short description for the tag.

  • Tap Scan tag on your charger.

  • Tap your RFID tag on the charger's reader within 60 seconds.

  • After a successful scan, the tag is added to your RFID list and stored in your back office user profile.

What drivers will see in the app

  • Successful scan: The confirmation screen appears, and the RFID tag is added.

  • Timeout or failed scan: Prompt to retry or enter the tag manually.

  • Tag already in use: Alert to try a different tag or contact support.
