How to Search for Drivers When Assigning Transactions
When initiating a transaction from the back office, begin typing the driver's name to see a list of matches. Each result displays:
Driver's name
Email address for precise identification
Driver Search Results for Transaction Assignment
The drivers you can view and assign depend on the charger type and your account permissions:
Public Charger Access
For public chargers, you can view:
All operator drivers as operator
Account-specific drivers as an account admin
Non-Public Charger Access
For non-public chargers, you can only view drivers associated with the specific account.
This search system ensures you can quickly find and assign the right driver while maintaining appropriate access controls.
