Understanding Fleet Account Settings

Fleet accounts provide specialized display settings that accommodate unique pricing structures and billing processes. Setting an account as a Fleet Account type removes cost and rate displays from the driver app while maintaining full cost tracking capabilities in the Back Office for fleet managers.

Configuring Fleet Account Settings

To set up a Fleet Account:

  • Access the General Settings menu in the Back Office

  • Locate the "Account Type" field

  • Select the Fleet Account option

Modified Display Areas

When Fleet Account type is enabled, cost information is removed from the following areas in the driver app:

  • Map view and charging location displays

  • Active charging session screens

  • Transaction history interface

  • Statement distribution settings pages

The Fleet Account setting streamlines the charging experience for fleet drivers while ensuring fleet managers retain access to all cost information through the Back Office interface.
