How do I get to the status screen?
Initiating a guest charging by scanning a QR code with your phone camera launches your browser to display the charging progress. The benefit of this method is that you do not need to have an app installed.
Sometimes, however, the page disappears because you closed your browser or simply navigated away from the page.
To restore the charging status page, look at your messages or SMS app. When the charging starts, we send you a message that contains a link to the status page. You can always click this link to relaunch your charging session page.
What to do with the link?
Tap on the link in the message to open a new browser window. This will take you to the status screen, where you can see your charging progress or stop the transaction.
