What are groups?
Groups allow operators to organize drivers and accounts more effectively. Each user can be assigned to a group, making it easier to manage billing, discounts, and charger access.
Groups provide three main functions:
1. User organization
Operators can create multiple user groups and associate users from the Users tab. This structure helps organize large numbers of drivers and customize account experiences.

2. Group discounts
Operators can set discounts per rate for specific groups. Discounts are applied only to members of the group and help tailor pricing strategies for categories like employees, residents, or VIP customers.
Discounts can apply to Fixed, Cost plus, or Cost plus % rates.
Discounts apply to the cost per kWh, unless set to Free, in which case charging is covered fully.
In the app, pricing is displayed after discounts are applied.
If a user is entitled to multiple discounts, the highest discount is applied.
