Can I use your app on a public charger?

The Wevo App is designed to be invite-only - so if you are a new user looking to use a public charger, you will have to scan the QR code on the charger (this is our Scan2Charge pathway).

When you scan the QR code on the charger, it will take you through a web-based flow to start your session.

1) Scan the QR code on the charger
2) Press "Start Charging"
3) Enter your phone number - this is the number that your receipt and ongoing session link will be sent to
4) On some sites, you will be asked to enter a verification code texted to you
5) After verification, please enter your payment details (credit card, Apple Pay or Google Wallet)
6) Your charging session will now begin!

You will receive a text message with a link to your ongoing session. Please click this to be able to follow your charging session! A receipt will be texted again once the session has concluded.

If you would like to be able to use the app for a future charging session, please reach out to support. We can put you in touch with the right parties to be invited to use the app.
