Getting Started with Nayax Integration

  1. Set up a Nayax account and connect terminals

  2. Contact Wevo Support to link your operator account

  3. After successful integration, an indication will appear in the "Payment terminal" section under the Billing Platforms settings, located within the Operator settings.

Configuring Chargers and Terminals

Connecting Chargers

  1. Use the "Edit Charger" menu to connect chargers to Nayax terminals

  2. Share charger and terminal IDs with Nayax support team

Assigning Charger Rates

  1. Navigate to the Energy tab

  2. Locate the site connected to the charger

  3. Click the site's 3-dots menu and select "Edit charger"

  4. Enable "QR/Terminal charging" option

  5. Select the "QR/Terminal rate" at the bottom of the screen

Transaction Processing

Transactions made with physical credit cards will:

  • Automatically integrate into the Transactions tab

  • Appear in statement reports

  • Be identified as card-present payments
