Parking refund on every rate plan

  • Available on all rate types: In Add / Edit rate plan, a Parking refund toggle appears on Fixed, Fixed per hour, Standard/Boost, Cost+ and Off & mid-peak, the same way the VAT toggle works. Turning it on shows a Refund per hour field and an optional Limit to first __ hours cap.

  • Applied live during the session: The driver's running cost reflects the refund as it accrues, not only when the session stops, so the amount shown during charging matches the final amount. Once active charging passes the cap, the refund stops and cost continues at the standard rate.

Fixed per hour (formerly Fixed per period)

  • The rate type is renamed Fixed per hour. The Time interval dropdown (15 / 30 / 60 min) is removed, and the cost is a single Cost per hour field.

  • Pricing is prorated per minute of active charging, so there is no price jump when a session runs into the next interval.

  • Existing Fixed per period plans were converted automatically (e.g. $5 / 30 min → $10/hour).

Receipts

Across all receipts (card payments, Scan to Charge, payment terminals and in-app Transaction details), the time-based cost line reads, for example, "1h 23m at $10.00/hour". The parking refund appears on its own line, with the cap shown when a limit is set.
