Group-level connector fee billing - The monthly connector fee, previously billable only per account, can now be billed to a user group's Financial owner for the chargers scoped to that group.

Itemized payment receipts - Stripe payment receipts now use a detailed, itemized format in all countries, showing full session details, the tax rate and amount, and the correct charger time zone and DC/AC label.

Multi operator roles - New Back Office roles let a single user administer a chosen set of operators, filling the gap between managing one operator and having Global access to all of them.
