Release notes highlight:

  • Self-Service Payment Management - Users are now notified for any payment failures and can resolve payment issues and restore charging access directly from the mobile app without contacting support.

  • Offline Transaction Detection - The system now automatically identifies and marks charging sessions that occurred during charger connectivity gaps.

  • Priority Chargers - Operators can designate specific chargers to be prioritized during load management to deliver maximum available power.

  • Change User Email - Account and Operator Admins can now change user email addresses directly from the Back Office.
